Dear Guest

Please observe these simple guidelines while you make our small apartment your home away from home:

1. No shoes, except in the entrance hall
2. No guests except yourself/yourselves
3. No heavy cooking
4. No smoking in the apartment, hallways or stairwells
5. Turn off lights if you are the last one out
6. We are not insured. BE CAREFUL ON THE LOFT STAIRS

Please respect our belongings: Linens, Towels, etc.

Ladies, please, wipe off make up with a tissue paper first,  then use your towels. It is hard to remove foundation and lip stick. Many guests will use them after you. So please treat our belongings as you would want your own to be treated. We try to provide excellent quality – it’s expensive.

Privacy: We  will not enter your loft space to make your bed, change linens or to do your laundry. (We may have to come up when we find you forgot to turn the lights off or air conditioning)

You have four bath towels and you are able to use all of them if needed, but please do not expect to use a fresh towel on a daily basis.  

Please respect your surroundings. If you break, lose or damage an item, please tell us as soon as possible, so that an amicable decision can be made regarding replacement. Key deposit: $10.

You are welcome to eat anything you find on the table in the morning, watch TV in the living room, and to turn on the kitchen light at any hour even though we are sleeping. There are no curfews.

We will try to help you to feel comfortable as much as possible. Enjoy the excitement and convenience of the big city!
