Although our occasional guests have been coming and going quietly for all that time and for a long time before the new owners arrived, GREYSTAR has a goal of renovating all the apartments in our building and has therefor picked as its EXCUSE for terminating our lease, the discovery of our occasional B&B guests (it is against the lease, but others do have short term guests, and this is a harmless business).
